Our management is founded by a seasoned team of finance and operational professionals that bring the skills needed to acquire, invest, grow, operate and build companies.

Whether a transaction requires acquiring a business unit, investing in an existing operation or growing a new entity from assets or intellectual properties, AOV Capital is skilled in working with management teams or augmenting existing management and together to operate and build successful businesses.

FOUNDERS

The founders of AOV Capital have worked together and have extensive transactional, operational consultancy, and taxation backgrounds; experience in public and private equities; knowledge of capital markets and debt financing; and have been involved in both sides of buyouts and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions and asset divestitures, corporate restructurings and bankruptcy workouts in distress situations; and investing.
